If an after hours emergency does occur in your unit, you will need to call our office to reach the after hours emergency maintenance team.

There is no change in price of the unit having it furnished or unfurnished.
Yes! If you do not have roommates you are bringing with you to move in to THIRD, we can roommate match you with others. When completing your application, you will be asked questions on your lifestyle and our team will use these answers to match you as best as possible with others. Roommate match compatibility is not guaranteed. If you have roommates in mind, you can send roommate invitations through your application to ensure you are grouped with their intended roommates as well as list these on the questions in the application asking if you have intended roommates.
THIRD will provide a fully furnished unit, in unit washer and dryer, 24/7 onsite maintenance, and all the community features listed on our Amenities page such as our pool, fitness center, etc. Utilities such as trash removal, water, sewage, internet, and Electricity are billed separately from the base rate listed on our website.
Each resident is required to provide a financial backing to their agreement to be able to verify they can meet their installment obligations. Most students do not have established credit or a job, so we offer other ways to financially back the agreement. Within 7 days after a Housing Agreement is signed, each resident will be required to either provide a qualifying guarantor, a prepayment of the final 2 installments, or in the case a resident would like to self-qualify they can provide pay stubs reflecting income to determine if the resident will meet the income criteria to self-qualify and other criteria in the screening process.
